Have a loved one who is difficult to buy for? Art is a popular way to please even the pickiest of your friends. Depending on the time of year, please plan about two to three months in advance. But don't hesitate to ask about rush orders. We can always prepare a gift certificate if completing a portrait is out of the question.

Price Guide

Prices will vary depending on several factors, including the quality of your reference photo, the size, style, and media, and the season. Due to higher demand, I raise my rates slightly from August through December. In general, 5" by 7" paintings are $100 and 8" by 10" are $150; shipping for watercolors is $10 in the US; shipping for mounted or canvased art will depend on the size and location but is generally $20 to $25 in the US. If you wish for a different size, the rate per square inch is about $1.50 to $2. There are addition fees for added work, busier backgrounds, multiple subjects, poor references, or changes to the subject (such as fixing a flopping ear or recreating a foot that didn't make it into the photo). I do not charge to omit backgrounds and do not reposition subjects.
